We use various dashboards to provide a complete end-to-end view of the patient’s journey complemented with metrics, KPIs and audit trails to manage performance, risks, and utilization.

The CHIPS workflow speeds up appointments and office visits without sacrificing accuracy and completeness of data collection which impacts productivity and enables health providers to see more patients daily.

Our platform has built-in templates which are used to help physicians document common patient issues or complaints. The templates are also designed to support charting for specialties (e.g., Ear, Nose, Throat; Eye or Dental care; and Ophthalmology) and are customizable to fit physicians’ specific needs.  Where practical, we are leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to foster diagnosis and interpretation of patients’ medical history or records.

We plan to introduce other technologies such a voice recognition or Generative AI to enable doctors to access the platform via speech or video chat to bolster our Telehealth functionality.


e-Lab and e-Pharmacy and Substance Abuse Reduction


e-Lab and e-Pharmacy are standard practices on the CHIPS Analytics platform which enables affiliated health service providers to prescribe their services electronically.

CHIPS helps to reduce the abuse and addiction rates of controlled substances, specifically opioids. Prescriptions can be sent to the pharmacy electronically from the point of care.

Additionally, our EHR can automatically check for any drug-to-drug or drug-to-allergy interactions that may occur based on a patient’s current medication, medical history, and diagnosis for example.




Increased Revenue and Streamlined Insurance Claim Process


Claims can be scrubbed of mistakes and coding errors automatically, which could otherwise lead to rejections. This feature increases first-time acceptance rates for insurance claims, helping speed up reimbursements without lost or delayed claims.

Our EHR also allows physicians to document every single aspect of a patient’s visit, which makes it easy to provide evidence about individual claims.


Optimized Health Insurance Claims Management


A benefit of CHIPS’ insurance billing and claims processing platform is its ability to automatically generate medical codes for health treatments. This eliminates the need for doctors to manually enter medical and billing codes, reducing the potential for errors, and increasing the speed of the billing process.

CHIPS also simplifies the billing process by automatically generating claims with the information stored by doctors and patients. Automatically generated claims can be reviewed before submission, and if an insurer is keeping the patient information updated, it will reduce the time spent filling out claim forms.

CHIPS provides uniform fields for each patient so that all healthcare information is stored the same way each time for each patient, streamlining intakes and updates. Programmed fields are soft coded templates from the patient encounter to support billing. They can also guide intake conversations with patients to resolve billing and claims processing issues if any.
